How To Apply For Placement
You are welcome to visit Mount St. Rita Health Centre to see first hand how we care for those you care about. Names may be placed on our waiting list at any time by requesting an application.
To arrange a tour, please call our Director of Human Services and Social
Services at 401-333-6352 ext. 31, and we will be happy to send
you an application packet as well.
Open to all, Mount St. Rita Health Centre does not discriminate in admissions

of services, which include rehabilitative programs and clinical care following hospitalization. Restorative services, pastoral counseling, social services, nutritional counseling and therapeutic recreational programming are all provided in a lovely atmosphere of peacefulness, dignity, and hospitality.
